It has to be a joke, right? Because, uh... we can see it's rated PG-13 and why it's rated that way.

Edit: I want to adamantly come down on the side of it's people taking the piss out of them, but they're just so dumb I cannot.

Just GIS or eBay any of these three titles, it's something else.

So, uh... what is the deal with the Winnie the Pooh characters? The wank material makes some sense (though I'm sure you can find whatever Harley Quinn porn you want with a google search for free, so...), but the Winnie the Pooh characters are the weird... not constant, but recurring element. There's no nudity in there, but maybe don't click on it at work anyway, though I'm sure HR would love to know why you're looking at nazi Winnie the Pooh pointing a gun at two clowns in lingerie.

I put GB16 over GB2, and I liked GB2. That big fight scene in act 3 kinda sucked though.

EVS looks like he's trying to do a poor Jeff Bridges cosplay.

Off topic, but if you find any interesting Trek stuff in said reads, do share somehow, I've been looking into the modern state of that fandom lately for a project and it's a lot more divided than I realized, especially on the nature of "we're getting more content" versus "it's possibly ending/erasing entire lines of canon from existence".

And also most of them hate Peter David.

Back in high school, for some reason our library had a bunch of books that collected articles from Star Trek zines. I don't remember much, but I do remember one book was full of complaints about Wrath of Khan. They loving hated it. I think they were the Best of Trek series, but it's been a while. Maybe worth a look, if you haven't already checked them out?

Yeah, that's Nemesis. I think it might be the only Millar thing I've read. I am very ok with that staying the case.

Ah, poo poo, I forgot that Elvira series was Dynamite. I was really looking forward to picking that up. I dunno, it seems like a terrible idea for a company based so heavily on licences to go in on loving CG, especially this late in the game when it's become quite clearly and obviously toxic and basically everyone else realises that it's a bad loving look to be associated with them.

I'm curious about those licenses though, is there generally a way for the owners to drop a company that's suddenly decided to take a poo poo on their reputation? Like, I know that a lot of places have a "if you make us look bad we can drop you like a hot rock" clause in their contracts, but does that tend to hold at these levels, or do the license holders just have to hold their nose and wait for the contract to run out?

Oh, drat, I am real jealous of that Tsukamoto collection. And the new Friday the 13th collection, though at least with that I have them already. And your Criterion collection.

Does that Ringu collection not have Rasen? The old collection I have does. I'd show off my stacks, but my room's a mess and I'd have to carefully frame the shot to avoid showing that off.

Rasen is a bonus feature on the Ring 2 disc.

This is just what I currently have in my bedroom, everything else lives in a closet downstairs.

Ah, that makes sense.

I snapped a quick pic (apologies for the quality, it's an old camera and I don't have a better one, and please ignore some of the mess).

I've gotten lazy about organising them, I should take the time to do it.

Freedom Force kicked rear end and I'm pissed that it's name is getting dragged through the mud by these assholes. Maybe they would have chosen something different if they were familiar with its sequel...?

But I mean, of course, I imagine the kind of extreme femme competence that makes Rapinoe so compelling to a lot of women is specifically repugnant and terrifying to the kind of guy who gravitates to ComicsGate.

I have like, no stake in VS, and I don't follow sports so I don't really know who Megan Rapinoe is, and frankly I don't see what the issue is anyways because it all seems perfectly reasonable to me, but even if I did, trying to start poo poo with a lady who could cave my ribcage in with a single kick seems like a dumb idea? I just don't understand CGers.

Ugh, hadn't heard about Jr. I was just looking at a $10 copy of Gaxmoor too. Glad I didn't spring for it.

That said, I just can't help but laugh at how pathetic EVS is here. It's just... you've really burned everything you touched in comics and now you just gotta find something new to hitch yourself to, huh?

drat. I'd heard that Crossgen went down because the owner kept using company funds to buy sports cars or something like that but I'd never heard much more than that. I loved Meridian back in middle school (even if, following the trades, I was never able to finish the series) and I loved the multiversal thing it had going on. Marvel bought the remains of Crossgen, right?

But hell, maybe it happened to CrossGen, too.

It's possible, that's a memory at least a decade old and the person who told me could very well have mixed it up too. I forgot it was Disney that bought Crossgen, not Marvel. Shame we'll probably never see it again, either way.

Honestly, it's one of the few reasons I stuck with CBR as long as I have, but the rest of the site's been almost entirely clickbait for ages. AIPT seems pretty good.
