I shouldn't have said it, I know I was personally so surprised at there being AI opponents that I ended up playing a bunch of the nightfire multiplayer solely to mess around with the AI, though I never got to play that one map with any other people that you can't play with AIs because I guess the AIs would fall off of the map or whatever.

I don't know everything about the Rin stuff but I just want to say I think its weird that people thought like the alien somehow made things ok when it was still like clearly playing into trans panic stuff with how it was marketed. Like yeah when I saw the spoiler for that I laughed and poo poo, but I didn't get that attitude certain people had where it like cleanse away the former.

They just choose not to in Catherine's case or gay characters in general. Though I guess Lala-chan is technically not trans and just cross dresses so maybe they don't consider it the same thing. Its kinda like its because Lala is in the "space" of where the director thinks that ""type of person"" should exist... Compare to like, the gay dudes who freely move around preying on young men.
