I refuse to recognize Canadian indies until Giant Tiger is regularly tweeting again, which he doesn't because indie wrestling is dead.

Thats because he lost the password in a drunken binge and doesnt know how to reset it

Cool. Thanks for the info guys.

Being canadian and not really following what happens on social media or in the US indies, you'll have to pardon my ignorance. It really is a different world up north than what you're used to haha.

This would be mine.

2nd scariest was me being in the back of the pickup truck doing 100km/h on a wet surface to rush Eddy to the hospital with some CZW guys we had literally just met that day driving so you know, Eddy wouldn't die.

Holy poo poo.

Useless factoid for you:

This spot and eddy's performance earned him another match in czw. They wanted one car from us.

And that led to a 4 way of Eddy, Exess, El Generico and Kevin Steen.....

And that match well, let's just say it got some people noticed in the states, and the rest is history. I think kevin even mentions this spot in his wwe dvd, somebody correct me if im wrong.

Last deathmatch I went to most everyone in the crowd had bandanas to cover their faces. I'll have to remember mine next time.

The company i work for distributes masks and protective goggles for the fans bring the weapons deathmatches.

If those matches weren't so bug gently caress crazy and insane to watch watching 100+ people with matching goggles and masks is the funniest poo poo.

Yes, but they also advertised Cody and MJF ahead of time. 'Mystery AEW Team' says to me 'Dark Order but we don't want people to whine that those guys work for us all the time anyway'.

They announced it's a team that never worked for them. Given Dark Order got their start there...yeah...they're kinda out.

What's the general consensus on Danhausen? I've seen several of his matches and a bunch of his social media stuff and I'm entertained. Him and Effy as Gaytanic Panic was pretty fantastic.

He did an AJPW tour too, I remember someone saying on the PWG board it just didn't go well at all, partly because they parked him in their dead rear end Jr division, when he wasn't doing the traditional "Heavyweight & Jr. tag match" and he jobbed quite a lot

http://www.profightdb.com/wrestlers/super-dragon-1911.html?prom_id=37

Part of it I think is that Dragon is compelling when he can murder his opponents at his leisure, and I feel like if he busted out the violence party on his 1st tour it might get some heat

One time Don Callis ribbed Sabu for the indy he ran here by having him come out to "Stop Right Now" by the Spice Girls instead of Hookah Blues. He didn't sell it, to his credit.

Then Sabu jobbed to Dr.Luther.
Yeah the guy who ribbed super dragon had balls of steel to pull it let's just say. Good thing they knew each other quite well ;)

He also didn't sell it to his credit

Then again it was 15 years ago. All i really remember about that show was I had a long convo with Chris Hero that like 99% of all backstage wrestling convos never really finish and get interrupted and then I met Hero again at the ECW arena a couple months later and we took up the same convo almost exactly where it left off.

Weird the things you remember when you've been at it as long as I have.

Ask me to do the title history? Nope not a chance.

The time Kevin Steen and a bunch of us went drinking and Kevin wouldn't help an annoying mark who drunk fell down 2 steps and made it sound like they were dying? Clear as day.
