I just wanna say two things: 1) atomisation of nations is a good socialist method towards breaking down the westphalian nation state model and moving us closer to a border transcending internationalist paradigm, 2) it is healthy for english people, whether socialists or not, to occasionally encounter harsh socio-cultural and political criticism from their neighbours in these blighted isles, even when hyperbolic. So I started applying for UC as in self employed and we were told that's where the SSP is going to come from for self employed people, but the website doesn't seem to have been updated to reflect the lifting of restrictions. It still asks me to make a joint application because I live with my partner and she's technically still working. I don't want to get done for welfare fraud, what do I do?

Quick question that I don't imagine anyone will be able to answer confidently given how vague everything is, but if my self employment income has dried up EXCEPT for a very small little part, am I better off stopping that small part as well in case the government goes "look you're still working, no 80% for you, no SSP, gently caress off"? Got really worried all of a sudden and losing the potential long term support for a tiny amount right now that might not even carry on would be... not so great.
