Did they end up figuring out what Brexit was supposed to be?

I've asked the question before but the answer still seems a bit unclear.

OwlFancier, correct on all counts. But... you're viewing the rear side of the tapestry. You'll need knowledge of the is-ought problem, but more importantly you need to question rationality and your motivations to be rational in the first place. You're getting a little caught up in what you can't change without paying attention to it defining the inverse.

Disagree. Actions have consequences, and sometimes consequences for heinous poo poo means other people don't have to face that heinous poo poo.

The rear end in a top hat getting slapped in the face for mocking someone else's health condition deserved it, and the discourse is probably a good thing overall in this case.

Oh if anyone is looking for cheap bug screens that are also cat proof I can highly recommend flat cats. They're a velcro fitted screen that can be sized to order and honestly are pretty decent. I've actually got them on all my windows and conservatory doors.

As Jaeluni said though they are an adhesive which will be a pain to remove depending on your windows, but it's a lot less damage than any other fixing method. I've got PVC frames around mine so it's not that much of a bother as a bit of acetone did the trick. We buy it in bulk because the partner likes gel nails. They also last about 1.5 years before you might need to replace the adhesive which I've just done today!

E: can someone explain what exactly c-spam is and why everyone in D&D and C-spam seem to get probated repeatedly for referencing duplicate threads in the other forum? I only really post in here and lurk in PYF because the internet is scary and you guys are all good eggs who eat the right kind of monster munch.

In D&D, if someone's being tedious and boring, you have to reply to their argument.

In C-SPAM you can roast them.

That's the difference.

Maybe our resident Finn can weigh in, but I was unreliably informed that scooters and wood-gas cars (suposedly by some legislative oversight not requiring a license) are the vehicles of choice for drunk rural Finns getting back home after a long night trying to drown their sorrows. It sounds to me too good to be true and I suspect they just drunk-drive like other backwoods tipplers the world over, but I do repeat it as fact at every opportunity. And it is true that I once overtook a guy hunched behind the tiny windshield of his scooter, weaving back and forth on the ice with one foot down for balance, late at night on a road somewhere in deepest, darkest Lapland.

Not been true for a very long time.

People born before 1985 can still drive a moped if their license was taken away for driving drunk though.

So a coin flip between happy and upset? Argh.

For context, it's my cat but when my wife and I moved out of mum's we left the cat with her as mum is elderly and disabled. Mum's now gone into a care home temporarily and is likely to be in there for a minimum of 6 weeks so we'd like to bring the cat back to live with us. However, she's massively territorial and there are loads of cats around here already so we'd like to keep her in.

Might want to notice the "happy" is far more likely when they're never let outside after a move.

They want to go back to familiar places in their territory.

One of those situations where you find yourself going "it can't be that convoluted, surely someone knows how to fix this, they wouldn't be hosed over for no good reason other than some bureaucrat being racist, why would the government be so pointlessly cruel?", is it?

Maybe it isn't true. Good work on not assuming it's a lie.
