If true, unfortunately that's only less then two weeks with a full field. Hopefully it's at least bloody and back stabby.

Yeah, frozen ice bottle is usually better in a thin towel/sheet (also cooled if poosible). Also no AC, water on yourself plus fan is really good at cooling.

Also cold bath if you have a bathtub. Keep the door closed, and when you get out don't drain the water till it gets near room temp.
