i know it was never realistic for miami to keep most of their guys and there's some crazy money being thrown around on new deals, but goddamn these are some pretty underwhelming signings hopefully taking a year off from the draft has given grier some inspiration

all it’s describing is the order any player in that position comes off the board no one is saying maye or daniels is the 2nd or 3rd best QB in the class— it’s just shorthand saying that the pats selection will be between the 3rd QB drafted or whatever
