Neither of them really wants Ted in the relationship anymore in any capacity except as a second dick, so why the gently caress are you still involved with him?

Lament the unfairness of it all? I don't know but I did it for years. I still do.

I'm guessing it's an anti-depressant and these questions always piss me off because the partner, of I've noticed it's mostly guys, act like their partner is completely flippant about the fact they've gained weight. Trust me, they know, and they feel like poo poo about it.

On the matter of long man hair, when I was in highschool a friend of a friend had long hair. Past his rear end. And it was beautiful. It was the thickest rope of lustrous hair I had ever seen. Never dyed, never subjected to harsh treatment. Just kept in a braid every single day, and it was incredible. The guy was a douche but he really did have amazing hair. I literally imagine he could have gotten two grand for it at one of those places that dyes human hair for wigs. It looked like this, Just incredible.

what sticks out the most in this post is this line: quote:I know what she should look like and she's far from it right now. I've got bad news for you, man... these guys who expect their wives/girlfriends to look good forever need to fix their loving perspectives on the world because everyone changes and most people look worse as they get older. your scale of attractiveness needs to shift as you get older, otherwise you're going to be the creepy 50 year old who dates 20-somethings because his only prerequisite in a relationship is how thin and young they are

ok this one is worth posting in fullquote:Okay, so this is quite a long story sorry. I have a girlfriend, we’ve been together now for 7 years. There were lots of problems during the relationship but we’ve always loved each other and always succeeded to work out or issues. About three months ago there was a huge fight, we didn’t speak to each other for a month and we both thought this was really the end of us. But, we got back together and ever since everything was just great! We promised each other to learn from our mistakes and never treat each other like we used to. To never hurt each other again and always be honest with each other.

This is true. My parents still use an acrylic blanket on their bed which was from Yugoslavia that my grandparents bought them in the 1970s. It's hilariously incongruous with the rest of their stuff, but who cares? They like it. The aesthetic of crap made in 1970s Yugoslavia is awesome.
