I also get them from real bad hangovers if I drink too much. Not as much now that I'm older and drink somewhat more moderately. 0.25 Xanax kills them as soon as it takes effect.

Like "turning the place over," doesn't imply you nicked the silver or whatever, but indicates you were searching for something specific and much more valuable, like information on paper or disk etc, a hidden safe, a particular piece of art, a signed, advance copy of the hot new YA novel that's about to come out that somehow ended up in a thrift store selling for pennies, whatever, and you made a goddamned mess while looking for it. That was funny.

But that didn't work out for that dude in Love, Actually. If anything it should be a giant screaming neon "don't wait until poo poo is too late, idiot, go for it now instead of pining away for years!" 'Cuz even if she seems to reciprocate the feeling, it can't happen now because the dude waited too drat long to say anything and his time's up OVER, BLAOW! snap back to reality new phone who dis posted:There was also a significant upswing in potency and availability over the last 20 years. new phone who dis posted:I smoked for years and had to quit because it was giving me panic attacks. They feel just like you imagine a heart attack would. I've had pretty good luck looking up strains on leafly and not buying anything that has "anxious" as a negative. I have had panic attacks for most of my life, and have smoked a couple of strains that were, uh, really disruptive, but once I started getting really choosy about what I was smoking it became much less of a problem. I still get burned by vendors every once in awhile, but generally what I get seems to match the leafly description. I agree with what Jeffrey said, for the most part you don't know what you're getting unless you're buying directly from the grower or a dispensary that is really serious about it. (and keep in mind, a huge number of the dispensaries out there are just a shady dude in a strip mall taking advantage of an opportunity to legitimize their already existing line of business - these people do not give a poo poo about the accuracy of the strains they are selling)
