Jason Statham was 10000% the best thing about the last Fast film. He has two major action set pieces and you're craving to see him for the rest of the film. Crank 1 is a top 5 action movie ever made. Where is Crank 3?!!!!!

He is tired of this woman throwing herself at him who he has no interest and feels degraded by it as it looks. I am sure he appreciate the money either way.

All these critics acting like this the first time a woman has made a Sci fi action movie and its like they totally forgot the wachouwski sisters have been churning out movies for 25 years

I expect it'll be The 5th Element, except with completely uninteresting actors and characters instead of Bruce and Milla.

I've been going through Movies with Mikey over the last few days and I'm really enjoying the poo poo out of these. It's like the other side of the Plinkett coin. Amusing and thoughtful but instead of doing a review of the most disappointing thing since my son, he chooses movies he really enjoys and has something positive to say about.

Running Man needs a remake. But not overly dark and gritty. It has to be stupid fun and gory. maybe not stupid. never go full sandler. vermin fucked around with this message at 15:39 on Jun 7, 2017 |

Valerian looks kinda cool but the main casting screams YA novel adaptation. I've seen over the last years some cool concepts or trailers, a post-apocalyptic setting, some vast dystopia and I get interested, then we see the main characters but it's some extremely baby-faced children in the leads and gently caress, it's YA bullshit.

Have you seen the reboot Robocop and Total recall?!!? I rest my case. Did you know that they are rebooting Resident Evil even before the heat on the seat in the cinema had dissipated?

A Running Man remake will start with 6 films for the origin stories of each stalker and Ben Richards, followed with the actual Running Man event film, then films of stand alone stories set in the same Runningverse.

Film wasn't flawless but I had fun, liked the male and female leads and even thought the moral of the movie was p good. I dunno if it deserves as much praise as you perceive it as getting but if I had just been told a man directed it I don't think it would change any of my opinions on it. Edit- also I liked the male and female leads in a big budget Hollywood film. I haven't said that in years if you discount mad max. reignofevil fucked around with this message at 16:32 on Jun 7, 2017 |
