Sure, but when you're on site and poo poo doesn't fit, its quickest and easiest to use bits of batten and whatnot to bodge it so it looks alright and no one really minds because no new expensive and time sapping re-engineering is required and no one notices anyway. Except of course all the clever safety/fire/whatever considerations designed into the product have been completely voided.

I doubt either of the photograph's subjects felt particularly empathetic at the moment, except perhaps in solidarity with the Alaskan moose being tailed by a cloud of mosquitoes which is true for every politician - what the media wants is photo ops for its narrative du jour. you have to give them that or face unremitting hostility, even if that narrative makes no sense and praises all the wrong people at the moment the wind is blowing due Corbyn so he should make the most of it whilst it lasts

A lot of these media types are bootlicking little bastards who worship authority above all else, and after the utter humiliation of may and her blatant display of ineptitude in the past couple of weeks or so, combined with corbyn overcoming every single odd including his own party and bringing Labour back to power in a swing not seen since the 40s it's absolutely the underdog story the media loves to eat up, so I can't say I'm surprised Corbyn gets thrown a bone here and there from fuckfaces like Morgan.
