We'd also refer material for PHMSA larger investigations. So yeah, this is tiny but it will hopefully lead to more noticeable penalties down the line. Hopefully. Probably not

We are still waiting on the Tesla equivalent of Bad Blood (I’ll bet once shareholder and SEC lawsuits/depositions get rolling in the next 2-3 years) but I’m willing to bet it’s going to be a doozy. Meanwhile you have to hunt around for accounts of Musk as a bad manager, Tesla’s misleading and poorly vetted safety claims.
