I see a specialist doctor in Boston and got an email from Tufts Medical Center yesterday that they're providing paxlovid to anyone 12+ on the CDC high risk list. The one that contains stroke and organ transplant, but also being overweight, inactive, depressed, and/or drinking too much. So maybe availability is improving a bit.
