It turns out anavar, creatine and god knows what else can make you huge, but then you have to provide those huge muscles with calories, amino acids, potassium and water. every time I read one of these posts I think how a true western communist army could destroy this cursed system once and for all. this is not a burger post because for palestine and the world to live the west must be defeated

The funny part is, he got into hot water with his fans for the Azov book . He cancelled the book and issued a public apology. This was in early February 2022, if he had waited less than a month then Azov would have become the heroic Nazis we know today and he would have been applauded for promoting a book about them.

OctaMurk posted:The giant gym dudes in the military seems so odd. Whenever I go hiking the big gym dudes get so tired and have to stop all the time, how tf these people suppose to survive walkin around in the mountains or w.e. It's because the internal culture of the military, like everything else, is all hosed up. Also, instead of a Royal Army Physical Training Corps, like the rest of the Commonwealth, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xegyQAy50T4 We privatized our training so that the staff don't get military pay, benefits and pensions. That means that the delivery, instead of coming from literal career experts, comes from at best people who didn't like working at the YMCA or GoodLife, and most often, like so: So we have guys getting hurt doing CrossFit literally every month and don't test for steroids because whole formations would piss hot. A lot of formations don't run organized group PT because their NCOs are overworked and don't have time to get the coaching and instruction training. Other formations injure their guys in weird masochistic rituals, like the VanDoos snowshoeing with rucksacks in July. These are all basically the same problem, there's no institution. No supervision, organization, resources. So, if you want to take anavar, that counts for "PT on your own time" as much as someone breaking themselves doing CrossFit, as much as someone doing yoga for an hour in the morning. I would imagine the IDF is about the same. e: yep https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0R3GkOk9-Ko https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jk9S_W97vDY Frosted Flake has issued a correction as of 04:28 on Dec 5, 2023 |

Grem posted:One of the most jarring posters I saw towards the end of my time in the Marines was this poster that says "he's training hard because he's fighting for his home, what are you training for?" with this silhouette of a dude running on top of a hill relevant to the chat, about Hamas tactics and one of my supplementary reads from political econ I Gabriel García Márquez, "Operation Carlota" posted:
Márquez referenced it, Guevara wasn't the first to write it. But he was politically trained and competent at dialectics, so he probably got some of the best work done on it Che Guevara posted:Remember that the velocity of the guerrilla band on the march is equal to the velocity of its slowest man. It is more difficult to find uniformity of marching speed with twenty, thirty, or forty men than with ten. And the guerrilla fighter on the plain must be fundamentally a runner. Here the practice of hitting and running acquires its maximum use. The guerrilla bands on the plain suffer the enormous inconvenience of being subject to a rapid encirclement and of not having sure places where they can set up a firm resistance; therefore they must live in conditions of absolute secrecy for a long time, since it would be dangerous to trust any neighbor whose fidelity is not perfectly established. The reprisals of the enemy are so violent, usually so brutal, inflicted not only on the head of the family but frequently on the women and children as well, that pressure on individuals lacking firmness may result at any moment in their giving way and revealing information as to where the guerrilla band is located and how it is operating. Latin American literature for people's war has an entirely different approach that would be tantamount to heresy against NATO doctrine. That idea of the pace of the slowest soldiers being the reference is not only a guideline there. IIRC, the Nicaraguans took further steps in refining those, as in having a deeper methodology of training. Proper considerations of time constraints given, guerrila training is a much more thorough process than a boot camp - fighters do not only march in the pace of the less trained, they fight according to the best capacity that the less able can give. They can be in the poo poo already, but their training is still considered ongoing; it can take more than two years (again IIRC) to achieve full competency in the general criteria. Che Guevara posted:[...] After having passed through very difficult tests, they will arrive at incorporating themselves into the kingdom of an army that lives from day to day and leaves no traces of its path anywhere. They ought to perform physical exercises, mainly of two types: an agile gymnastic with training for war of a commando type, which demands agility in attack and withdrawal; and hikes that are hard and exhausting that will serve to toughen the recruit for this kind of existence. Above all, they should live in the open air. They should suffer all the inclemencies of the weather in close contact with nature, as the guerrilla band does. Compare this with wunderwaffen bullshit. With insane directives and requirements for an app-based martial "theory" addled by fascist brain-rot. It's a world apart of difference.
