Just got this, was it a mistake to start as a mage? It seems kind of bland, and during on of the monster fights at the beginning my pawn kept screaming for me to jump on the head which wouldn't have worked really good.. thinking of rerolling a strider dude for climby-stabby goodness

Anyone else not very far and casually playing the game? I'm level 25 (also have a 17 on another account) and it would be nice to have some reliable pawns to play with and also people progressing through around the same time roughly My pawns are - PSN - xDanith, Pawn - Aveline, level 25 fighter I tried to make her look like Aveline from Dragon Age 2 and was trying to get her personality the same. She works pretty well for me. PSN - xDanith2 Pawn - Magda, level 17 mage Was tired of going to the Nexus and seeing 90% of the pawns being short girl-childs so I made this pawn fat, tall, and old. When I was using her she was doing a better job healing and buffing me then any other pawns I've tried. Although with her being tall, fat and old she hasn't had one person hire her out  edit: Anyone have any objections of editing the spreadsheet a bit.. like making separate tabs for ps3 and xbox 360? I haven't seen this mentioned yet but yesterday when I was playing as a sorcerer and had a goons sorcerer pawn with a tip popped up saying pawns will notice when you are casting a long spell and if they mirror it you cast it faster :o It works too! Also, when the pawn was 1/2 way through casting his metorer spell, I started casting it and the cast bar immediatly went to 1/2 done. Thought that was a neat thing to add to the game. I wonder if it would go super fast with a party of 4 sorcerers.

I was thinking doing a hardcore run would be interesting (especially the 'how I died' descriptions  ).. Maybe when I beat the normal game I'll try one.We could do rules like - Start from new game only Can only use other hard core running peoples pawns If a hired pawn dies you can't use them again

I deleted my previous game and restarted a couple days ago (I was only past the first 3 wyrmslayer quests anyways). I'm at pretty much the same place now and looking for PS3 goons to hire my pawn, and me to hire some goon pawns - around level 33. PSN ID is xDanith, pawn is named Merlin - an old sorcerer dude who is a bit absent minded.

Na, my dude is old and grey bearded and level 34 or so. This game keeps making my PS3 pause for a few seconds to load poo poo. I don't know if it's my PS3 dying, my new HDD being crap (WD Blue 500GB) or the blu-ray drive dying. It sucks to run up to a big monster and hit grapple only to have the game pause for 3-4 seconds while the yellow loading light comes on the ps3. Also happens breaking some barrels and other moves. Tried rebuilding data and deleting the game data and still doing it. Making me rage so hard. I wish the PS3 had a install to HDD option

Well, I made a form to enter in info https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/embeddedform?formkey=dFB3ZVVQUDA2d2tfZElncXB4ZXk0OWc6MQ and wanted to make a 2nd part that would take the info and if it is PSN then put it in the PSN sheet, if 360 then put it in 360 sheet.. But I can't think atm and I'm stupid :| edit: maybe remove form and just split up the sheet manually into those 2 tabs...

I wish the post game wasn't so dark. One of the reasons I moved on was that it was always dark and hard to see things.

So I made the shortest skinniest dude I could so I could check out those holes in that keep I could never get in but I find I don't like playing him. Is there anything worthwhile in those holes or to running a short dude?

Someone mentioned it a bunch of pages ago and in a bunch of playing I never knew you could pick up the spiders, rats, and snakes that are around. Holy poo poo it's great throwing spiders back and forth between you and your pawns, and rats are so cute when you are holding them

I hit 41 and released the pawns I was using for 9-10 levels. Pumpkinreaper - Jivers, hopefully you got a lot of crystals, your little guy was pretty cool. BTW, in the nexus he has a normale male voice. I was initially disappointed when I first talked to him but as soon as he talked outside of the nexus I loved it. Umm, healer pawn dude (I can't recall the name ) it healed pretty well. It did have a tendency to cast cold enchant way too much though edit - Jivers is a sneaky fella. I kept trying to pick him up and throw him but as soon as I got close he would step away

I beat the game, (well, the dragon. Now on post-game stuff) Image dump! Run!   Bird tits  Just sent a hellhound flying. Also, check out my 3-hammer weapon   Tried to get a screenshot of my crew (auto-corrected color and sharpen filter in IrfanView so hopefully you can see things)  action shot  edit: someone deleted everyones level in the spreadsheet Also Pumpkinreaper, I think you broke Jivers. I decided to step into the new area and check it out. It was all fun and games until I got to the chained up cyclops. Right when I enter the room my pawns decide to attack the chains and release it, and it proceeds to stomp around continuously killing them over and over as they all decide to run to the same place every time I revive them. After trying to damage it for awhile, I see some dragon thing decided to join the fight and I just gave up. wtf, how am I supposed to kill it - am I supposed to change to a ranged class just so I can damage it? My party was level 54 warrior (me), 54 healing mage, 100 sorcerer, 53 strider.

Would there be any point to finishing the game and then going to the new area on new game+? edit: ^^^^^^ He was stomping and shaking his arms pretty much non-stop. Maybe I'll switch to magic archer and see how they are :|

So that chained up cyclops in BB, are you not supposed to kill him? I got up to level 74 and tried him again and as soon as the chains break he just non-stop stomps continuously and pawns just run around his feet getting killed over and over despite what ever orders I give them. Also, Pumpkinreaper, Jivers got eaten by a mimic I found he doesn't seem to be very good in BB

ARACHNOTRON , I've been using your pawn and I think it's main issue is that the primary inclination is Guardian, which makes it stick close to the arisen and not do much. Random Hajile, I've also been taking your pawn out for a little bit and gave her some extra stuff I had in my stash

I released your pawns and rested. Hopefully you both get your stuff (Magnanimous Cloak, forged gold idol and other random gear). I took them through a room of BB which ended up having a giant dog thing which took about an hour to kill because I was trying out mystic knight then we went and plundered the Everfall for awhile. Also, my favorite class is the Warrior but as someone said above it feels like you pretty much have to be ranged with the latter things so got Mystic Archer filled out and drat it feels overpowered.

oh god, I think that neutralizing potion, 15/15/15 potion breaks something. I did it earlier to get my pawn Utilitarian/medicant/scather. I just checked my pawn because she was picking up more items then I remember her doing before and now she's utilitarian/pioneer o0 edit: ^^^^^ switch to Mystic Archer (magic archer? whatever) and spam ricochet shot over and over. Otherwise thinks seem a lot more resistant to physical damage then the normal game, try lightning enchants edit2: I think I also taught Jivers some bad habits - he's Scather/Acquistor
