Finally got it downloaded and played some HC KC level with a pool before heading into work. Seems pretty cool so far. So much verticality!

I've been in a few matches that had like 10 on 2 or 9 on 3. Not sure how it happens, but its boring as gently caress tying to chase down 2-3 guys, especially when the game thinks its a full lobby and never balances.

So apparently strafe kills aren't necessary for the camo challenges on ARs? I just got diamond camo on my BAL even though I still need like 20 strafe kills for that camo.

If any of you are struggling to get strafe kills for the camo on the ARs, do this: 1) Unlock the grenade launcher 2) Go play hardcore dom or hardcore KC 3) Jump up in the air and launch some grenades 4) ???? 5) Profit! I needed more than 20 strafe kills and got them in like 3 matches this way.

Having spent a good part of the day grinding out no perk/no attachment kills for 3 different ARs, I can say for certain that this game is unplayable without using hard wired. I'll probably take off the remote turret soon though because it seems like everyone is running blind eye these days. My only variants are the perks since I almost never use the grenades, secondary weapons, or exo abilities. Hardwired is a must to not have to deal with system hacks. I use toughness when playing regular dom. If I'm tubing, then I use danger close. KC or TDM games I use low profile. Lastly I usually use blind eye, and if I have room, cold blooded. I've never been good enough to reliably chain together enough points/caps/kills to get the higher kill streaks, so being able to pick stuff like a good UAV or a good care package and slap support on them is great compared to Ghosts where you had to pick from an entire group of lovely support items if you picked that class. And for me, its better than BLOPS2 because the best I could usually do there was UAV/CUAV/Turret. It wasn't until MONTHS of playing that I could finally start getting nice things like VSATS or escort drones. With that being said, for those of you that are actually good at this game I can see how the kill streaks suck. One of my favorite parts of BLOPS2 was always the beginning of round 2 in dom games when our teams would always have like 2 VSATS, a lodestar, an EMP and a swarm to call in.

To me, that's even better than having Mascot or Jack goomba stomp me like 4 times in a row on the B flag on Terrace.

This game is dumb and if you still play it you are dumb which means I'm dumb. I especially like the fact that the first map pack has been out for a while now, and they are advertising the second one, but I still can't play any of the new maps unless I'm playing moshpit, and even then I seem to get stuck with search and destroy. I'd rather stab my dick off with a rusty spork than play S&D ever again.
