AT mines have always and will always continue to be amazing. You can place them in the laziest fashion out in the open on the center of a road and certs will still drive straight into them to be deposited straight into your cert account.

You can switch classes and they remain. However, if you switch from engy loadout 1 to say engy loadout 2 which doesn't have utility pouch equipped some mines will despawn.

I wish the warden (All Battle Rifles) were a little bit better. I have tons of fun using it but the amount of effort you put in to get a kill could of been used to kill 2 or 3 guys with any other gun.

You could load an ANT into a Galaxy Day 1 Minute 1 of Planetside. I don't know where this lodestar fixing things is coming from.

But yes most the time ANT runs were bullshit and lame but having to use them to keep a base under siege from running out of power was awesome and still is a good concept. Just having to keep bases topped off everywhere was tedious and retarded.

You could hover near the ground and then lock the galaxy and the ANT would roll out the back. It would be fine as long as you weren't too high up.

But yeah if they add this to PS2 and also don't give the galaxy the ability to carry vehicles or something it will end up pretty awful.

So do you still equip grenades or does your guy just have a magical generator attached to them that spawns you grenades as long as you have nanites because that sounds horrible.

I never said it was the best thing they should be doing, only they are a business in it to make money so trying to find new ways to monetize their game is not surprising at all. It's also SOE so of course they are not going to do things right.

You don't buy anything as an infantry person. You purchase your stuff automatically when you equip/spawn but don't need to "buy" it if you never used it last time it was equipped.

Did you throw all your grenades when you were alive and then when you died spawned as the same class? From my understanding of the system then yes the act of you spawning as a grenade medic causes the game to charge you for the grenades you used in your previous life (And refill them on your current life) and you no longer have enough resources to grab a MAX.

Kind of a crappy situation in that instance and hopefully they will allow you to spawn as a MAX again. Not even really sure if the reason they got rid of MAX spawning will be an issue for anything as long as you don't let them drop pod. I don't even recall their reasoning beyond MAX drop podding all over the place.

This would be the best way to solve that particular dilemma I think. And the only thing I can remember about changing MAX to having to equip was because of drop pod abuse, I guess they don't want 20 people just spawning off an AMS instantly though as well.

How would you guys feel about giving Light Assault a "Laser target Pointer" or whatever you want to call it but its basically a very obvious laser beam that a LA can shoot at base turrets (Just starting with that) and while channeling on the turret friendlies in the same squad can lock onto the turrets with Lock on Missile launchers.

I know its not exactly needed but was just trying to think of ways to have LA provide some synergy and support to a squad beyond taking to the skies and killing mans.
