Looks like the newest issue of EDGE is going to have a ton of Wii U coverage. It includes interviews with Miyamoto, as well as the developers of Yoshi's Woolly World, Splatoon and Zelda U.  Unfortunately, I have to wait for it to be up on Zinio before I can read it.

Shin'en (Nano Assault Neo, Jett Rocket) are working on Fast Racing Neo for Wii U. It's a sequel to their WiiWare FZero-like called Fast Racing League. This screenshot is the only thing they've shown so far.  Fast Racing League was an okay game, but nothing special. However, with F-Zero and WipeOut both being dead franchises I'll take whatever I can get! v v

So in a few hours there's going to be a stream of the new Fatal Frame game on NicoNico. Here's the link: http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv194450157 As you can see on the page here, they actually translated the announcement to English, including an English title for the game. "Fatal Frame: Oracle of the Sodden Raven" is not a literal translation of the Japanese title of the game. For one, the series isn't called "Fatal Frame" in Japan, it's called "Zero". For two, the subtitle, "Nuregarasu no Miko", translates roughly to "The Black-Haired Maiden of the Shrine". That's different enough from the title given on the NicoNico page to make me think that they didn't just mistranslate it. Could this mean a Western release is happening after all?

But all Platinum games LOOK really cool , they're just not fun for me to play. Yeah, that's the one! I have a hard time getting into Platinum Games titles as well but Vanquish really clicked with me. I'd say it's the closest they've gotten so far to making a flawless product. It's also different from their other games in that none of its mechanics are arcane or might come across as counter-intuitive. It's a good pick-up-and-play game that's also very easy to get better at as long as you're willing to put some thought and effort into it. I highly recommend it!

So, here's a little developer interview with Platinum Games about the development of Bayonetta 2 for Wii U: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ggn-vhUxrw What's interesting about this video is what the producer says at the end of the video. He says that there's something he can't reveal yet that we should be excited for. Could it be that Nintendo hired Platinum Games to make a third game for them?
