Basically, a new prison was built in Darwin, and inmates transferred there, meanwhile the youth detention center had some escapees and was deemed unfit to be used. So of course the logical thing to do was to chuck a bunch of kids in a dilapidated 20 year old adult prison designed for maximum security.

If you are thinking about buying a house, it is best to have at least 20% of the cost as a deposit, as this will get you a better interest rate because you are considered a better investment by the bank.

Secondly, when you do buy that house (at least this is what I did), sacrifice the gently caress out of everything until it is payed off. As much as it sucks to change your lifestyle, you really want to work down your principal as much as possible to avoid paying interest.
