So I stopped watching Super after the third or so episode and only watched the latest one when I heard Goku fights Winnie the Pooh, so what I wanna know is, when did Goku become friends with the king of martians?

Is it ever mentioned if Kaioshins can revive people? It feels like a thing gods of creation would be able to do.
