RA Rx posted:Also, normally I wouldn't post any Kancolle (ship anthro series that fanservice-type anime fans like), but since it's a timeline of Axis ships/characters being built, commissioned, launched and sunk/killed... Do keep in mind it's somehwat spoiled by the wardrobe damage they take as they die, but if you can tolerate it their mass destruction and finally carpet bombing by the end wave of 'monster' torpedo bombers is a great payoff. Tell us more about how you like animes where underage girls get their clothes destroyed.

Counterpoint: don't do this, because Gray's tales of fighting the interface as hard as the Allies are much more interesting than a bunch of grognards trying to be the next LP breakout star by smugly explaining how to min-max everything.

lol, didn't the end-of-turn summary one say "Stratigic Report" for like a few months, or was that the Soviet front LP? It's a feature, not a bug.

Only if the Allied player has never played the game before and only has a cursory understanding of the interface. Nothing would be less interesting than to watch an experienced player with access to a bunch more resources roll over a self-admitted just OK one.

No but I wish we would. Or do a carrier raid on Seattle or invade Alaska. "Surface raiders blow up a dozen transports and then 2 weeks of air combat reports" is getting a bit old. e: it's been over a month since anything happened in China, too. The Hailar garrison commander sets his tea on the camp table. He contemplates taking a nap. Nothing interesting ever happens in Inner Mongolia, although watching the runway get pounded into paste these past few days has been a nice break from the monotony. He's considering going back into the barracks when when he notices something out of the corner of his eye: the tea is rippling in the cup. In the distance, over the hills, he faintly begins to hear: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-b5X69vREAg

When this LP started I was living overseas. Over the course of this LP I changed jobs, changed jobs again, moved to a new country, lost that job, moved back to my home country, got a new job, got transferred to a new city, and promoted. It's wild to remember I was checking this thread daily through all that. Though not as wild as you not having a kid at the start of the LP and having one by the end.
