For the next three hours, C-SPAN 3 is airing archival primary debates. I love that the candidates got their own desk with a lamp at this WV primary debate from 1960.

His "death switch" doesn't promise a release of anything; it's just a claim that if someone kills him something will come out. There are rumors that the DC Madam was murdered, rather than the official ruling of suicide. Also: one of the candidates is the Zodiac Killer.

If they really wanted to copy the Tories they'd need a leader who's hosed a dead pig and, let's face it, Trump probably has.

This seems really un-cool and not-good.quote:Each weekday, dozens of U.S. government aircraft take to the skies and slowly circle over American cities. Piloted by agents of the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the planes are fitted with high-resolution video cameras, often working with “augmented reality” software that can superimpose onto the video images everything from street and business names to the owners of individual homes. At least a few planes have carried devices that can track the cell phones of people below. Most of the aircraft are small, flying a mile or so above ground, and many use exhaust mufflers to mute their engines — making them hard to detect by the people they’re spying on. Spotify asked members of Congress to create playlists and they are all awful. They go from one genre to the next in a sad attempt to please everyone, they all seem to put a song from Hamilton on them, and a disturbing number of fifty year old dudes listen to Katy Perry and Taylor Swift. Credit to Senator Mike Lee for just listing Zeppelin, Rush, and U2, which I have no trouble believing is a real Mike Lee playlist.

Unfortunately, there are inconsiderate assholes of all races, classes, genders, and creeds who are incapable to showing up for things on time. Since their diversity removes genocide as a solution, mocking and shunning them is appropriate behavior, though we shouldn't pin it on any particular group.
