Wyoming apparently has a surprisingly good public education system, so naturally the ~business owners~ in the state leg decided to cut the teachers salaries. Except they are legally bound by contract that any changes have to be union approved so they hosed that up and the states gonna go broke because they don't wanna tax the rich billionaires, which is loving woerd beca8se the richest part of the state is blue as hell so the self harming chuds would be down for it
