I got clipped last week and they did it with local anesthesia, it was weird. Like your junk is totally numb but the pain still refers upward into your stomach like you just got sack tapped. My urologist had a tech assisting, and (as is seemingly always the case with urology folks) they were both chill af and we had a lovely conversation the whole time. Anyway my left nut is still really sore, I need to figure out if I have epididymitis or a granuloma or something. Otherwise 10/10, would recommend.
