I abandoned two games in a day, and I’ve been punished by 4 games of Low Prio. I’m Herald, and in last game I went 9/3/34 as CM. I legit felt like a Smurf, the opposition were atrocious. Can recommend non party queue Single Draft.

I love rotating on a SF mid and getting a kill on them to immediately buyback, and then do it again. Nothing brings joy to my cold dead heart like tilting an SF player to oblivion.

I’m relatively new to Dota, 2 years and 2k matches, and just played Spirit Breaker. Why did no one tell me sooner that this hero is so much fun. 4 games, 3 wins. Space Cow goes moo.

Sounds like we have similar experiences. I hit 10 mmr this year. I peaked back at 1200, and am now at 560. I mainly play support, but I keep thinking it would be easier to climb as a core as I can make the decisions. But then a) don’t like the pressure of being a core and b) am dogshit at this game.

I don't feel like I really belong in an IHL because I'm not trying to train for competitive play, I just want games where all ten players have some idea of what they're doing and would like to try winning this match.

loving forced 50%, after getting to 980 mmr I’ve been 50% over my last 25 games. Gabe just doesn’t want me to hit 1k mmr. Some of the highlights have been; solar crest PA, mid Rubick (works for topson, not in guardian), ags ck vs Earthshaker and too many carry Furions.

I am doomed to be a solo gamer but my penance is now I try to be nice to people and talk raging cores down from the ledge. PFlax has a discord for his twitch subs, which has a room specifically for Dota. There’s usually 2 or 3 stacks on the go there each night. If you’ve got a prime sub kicking about, and you’re wanting to play in a stack give it a thought. There’s a huge range of skill, from 10mmr to numbered immortals. But pretty much mid archon.

I’m really enjoying AA this patch. Think I’ve got about 75% wr with him. Just such an arsehole to lane against. Managed to snipe two cores who went Armlet against me with my ult. We had a bloodseeker who could give me vision.
