Crazy Vaclav is telling Homer to put it in neutral for the push-start, but helpfully recognizes that as an American he's going to interpret the character as an H.

they need to cancel it before any of the main cast dies because otherwise they're going to be stuck trying to draw that line between writing the character out/recasting the voice/cancelling the show and it's just going to be excruciating like who is more important to the show's "legacy" or whatever? julie kavner, who is a main cast member but only does a couple of voices, or harry shearer, who does half the show but none of the simpson family? just kill it. kill it kill it kill it
