Would it actually be prison though? He might be bound by law to do something but that doesn't exactly mean that he's going to be arrested and sentenced on the spot for not doing it. It'd just compound the constitutional issues that have been woken up and make his dictorial desires more obvious while hopefully parliament still has the authority to do something about it.

That except really frightened me. I already feel pressured enough to make enough money to live but that looks like a society in which you will be pressured to meet any number of unfair standards to be "well rounded". It's bad enough that I am apparently the only person in my social circle that doesn't exercise beyond walking (isn't that enough?), can you imagine having your entire non work activities judged by society?
