I think Wo Long is finally going to be the game to bring my 1070 to its knees... even at minimum effects and knocking down the resolution i'm still getting massive slowdown --- which uh i guess helps with me timing parries lol but is not great I suppose I could play it on PS5...

When I set it to cap at 60fps the slowdown really did go away lol

Yeah I think the biggest thing in Wo Long is that you have zero ability to cancel out of attack animations so you can get locked into bad situations pretty easily Also basically every enemy in the game has the Morgott thing of "this animation is deliberately designed to fool you into flinching lol"

I think the parry windows are pretty wide in Wo Long compared to dodging or parrying in Elden Ring, tbh. I feel like it's more that basically every enemy does the Morgott thing of having animations that are purposefully trying to make you flinch early or hit you unexpectedly lol
