Well that's cool but it's going to take Biden & co another 5 years to get over all the "red line" to make that actually available, isn't it

There's probably not that much pressure when your opponent(s) can't put together a hundred tanks in a year either.

zone posted:Tatarigami has always cautioned everyone to maintain and measure expectations, and insists to never underestimate even an opponent as weak and corrupt as Russia. Even Strelkov said they still have enough gas in the tank to prosecute the war for maybe another year, if at most. Until that mark is reached at least, Ukraine should still give 100% toward the war. Never underestimating the enemy seems like a no-brainer. The reason I'm not holding my breath now though is that the equipment really necessary for an offensive hasn't really materialized (yet). Still, if it takes another year of this poo poo, so be it, it's not like we have anywhere to go.

They fly near a border, the other guys send planes out to let them know they see them, and that's just how the game works. Even before this, Russian pilots were generally notorious for being a bit more slipshod when it comes to this dance. Yes but a) That's nowhere near the border (the closest of which is Ukrainian anyway) and b) that never involves dumping fuel on top of another aircraft This is really bizarre (and "unprofessional", lol) behavior
