I never got further than entering the dark world in alttp, just getting ADHD about it and bouncing off. A link between worlds felt like a juicer remake and really nailed it for me and my 2D-Zelda-wary wife. poo poo was cash money, and I finished that game.

Bought a new TV yesterday in preparation for da game No ragrats Also TIL about whistle fishing, where you herd fish onto a beach (dolphin style) via whistling to drive them away from you while standing on cryo blocks. Lmfao. Then you just run the line of beached fishies and pick them all up.

I think the forced camera zoom happens when you’re still up on tutorial island before jumping off the temple of time’s rear end-end. Possibly many minutes before that jump, even.
