Just wanted to check in as I just got a new Mac, and the last time the OP was updated was almost 3 years ago. I'm looking for recommendations for an FTP client, and the OP recommends Cyberduck, Panic, and FileZilla. Is this still the goto choices? If so, might as well use FileZilla, but I don't mind buying something either. My preferred Windows FTP Client is paid software (FlashFXP).

Fair enough - Just read up on it, and it does FXP as well, much like my purchased FlashFXP. Pulling the trigger tonight when I get home. Thanks!

Why would you not want to use iCloud which "just works"? Seems silly. But to your point, OwnCloud has an iOS app, a MacOS client, and a Windows client. I'm not sure why you want to over-engineer this, though?

Is this built into macOS or is this another app on my system? I can't find it anywhere, and the title bar doesn't show any context.

edit: also I played with it a bit and I can't save notes, so what is this for?

I just tried it on Monterey and got nothing. It has to be a separate app, I think. Also, it would be a neat little feature, but the whole ‘not able to save’ kind of kills it.
