EDIT: Also, it might be because i'm still not 60 on PunMan and have his uniques (his 'stride' power was starting to cause me dizziness so had to stop playing) but he still hasn't transitioned to Funisher for me

Ammo + Cooldowns on cool powers is doing my head in :s

I haven't really gelled with Punny yet either but his uniques are freaking crazy. I can see everything coming together once I figure out his power setup and have all of his uniques.

Same error I've been getting, just took a little longer.

go to control panel, system settings - Advanced System Settings, click on Performance Settings, then Advanced and click on Change under Virtual Memory. Then set it to System Managed Size, if it's already at that, click on Custom size and set Initial as the amount of ram you have and Maximum at like 3 times the amount of ram you have.

Summon supported Iceman is turning out rather fun. Gearing him is still going to be a huge mess, but at least for leveling it's easy breezy.

Pure ranged iceman seems like a waste. Constructs are way too good at drawing attention, doing damage, and even going construct focus doesn't seem like a dps loss.

Like I see no benefits for going beams focus, other than having less things on the screen. There just doesn't seem to be a dps gain in the other focus skills but construct seems to help a lot.

Melee/beam focus shatters are like 800% damage when Flash Freeze is up, it's absurd.

I've been doing flash freeze into shatter for my rotations, and it just feels so underwhelming. It feels like the bonus to shatter from Flash Freeze doesn't always proc, or never loving crits. My shatters seem to do the same damage whether I remember to use flash freeze or not.

He's physical so Grim Reaper Medallion will be best. After that poo poo like Tombstone or Bullseye or whatever.

edit: Skull dude medallion is good if you get a decent one. Same with DOoooooOOOooooom.

I don't think I've ever used stealth on x23 once. I don't even does anything like it does with Bucky or BW who get a bonus damage from stealth, but stealth is so finnicky who knows if you'll get the bonus or what?

I don't like psylocke cause of the stealth either.

Been Prestiging Thing and man I kind of miss Story Mode. Just playing in a new area now and then is such a breath of fresh air from Midtown/ICP/Terminals again and again and again. I would literally pay money for a game mode where you could get Red Terminal XP just from playing Storymode, because I would do that all day.

I really wish they would normalize the legendary xp, rerolling constantly to get a terminal lq is stupid, and normalizing it would provide a lot more variety while leveling/grinding.

Seriously. With rerolling artifacts and raid uniques, unstables are pretty much the only thing besides heroes I spend my splinters on because I'm always starved for them.

Not to mention grinding costumes eats 3 of em.

cups and bars stack, but I think the triple ones don't?

so if you have two cups and a bar, you'll get 150%, additional cups just add duration, bars add bonus until the 200%, so if you have 5 bars and a cup you should get 250% bonus.

and stuff like winter boosts, iboosts and the like also stack on top of that. You can get crazy high xp bonus if you whale out enough.
