So a medical dictionary says "sometimes" after giving the same definition as a layman's dictionary. There's many other illnesses characterized by spasms, like Parkinson's. However, since I was talking about the composure of a donkey, the term is both colloquially and medically accurate. So while I won't call a person spastic now, anyone who takes offence to my previous usage in context is a sperg. Yes, that was intentional.
