I just invaded some dude and fought them for like 15 minutes, just kept running around chugging estus and resummoning this same guy. After the host ran out of estus they ran off into a corner and disconnected their internet.

Not constantly, but I have had it happen quite a bit. Kinda sucks not being able to see when people are swinging at you... On the other hand though if you're fighting a boss in someone's world and they're sliding around, you can't actually get hit by the boss, you can just sit there and pummel them into the floor with impunity.

I spent a bit recently reading a lot of the item descriptions. A lot of the stuff that drops off of mobs has really interesting stuff in it, hinting at their origins and it's all really neat stuff.

It seems to be pretty easy to just be silly as hell with sorceries in this, as far as fighting bosses goes, especially if you've got the Storyteller's Staff.
