In the Language section. Keeping up with the trend of games having no drat consistency whatsoever on where they put their subtitle toggle.

As for the game, went from not being all that interested to at least interested enough to buy it day one. I'm strangely drawn to gun porn and mediocre checklist bullshit, which is exactly what this game will deliver. I get that people were expecting a much more serious game than just The Division mashed into Far Cry 4, with vehicle handling courtesy of Watch_Dogs but eh, it seems kinda neat.

That's the thing with these "betas" that come out these days, it essentially is a pre-release demo or the unceremonious throwing of an old bone for the public to gnaw on for a while. Some little things here or there might change, but the gameplay style is 100% locked in and isn't going to really change unless something comes around post-launch.

Also, why is there no G36 in this game
Actually some enemies in the off map areas actually carried G36Cs, but there is a possibility that weapon is actually cut from the final game because the gun had no proper model in the player's hands, and of course it was never listed in the weapon list.

That sucks because this eye tracking stuff is pretty cool in Watch Dogs 2. You can just look at dudes on screen and it targets them for hacks or whatever. It gets kinda finnicky when two things are close to each other but otherwise it works pretty slick. I was wondering how well it would work in Wildlands, oh well. Maybe with the open beta before launch I can play one last time before they add EAC(wasn't in the closed beta).

Pretty sure I already saw a populated EasyAntiCheat directory in the closed beta files, you sure it wasn't running?

Mediocrity Goggles was always the one that I thought for sure was on PS4 because he was on all the time and I always saw him as a [Locked] game that I couldn't join.
Nah, I pretty much rolled either invite only or in someone else's game, since I have a tendency to tab out and idle a lot on my own.

This game basically is Crackdown under a much more realistic(ish) backdrop. And I am totally ok with that. (CD2 still sucks)

So I feel like I've been to all of the major SB places in San Mateo and cannot find one veteran. Help?

Edit: Never mind. Done. What exactly is "Flames", anyway? Is it a patch? I can't find it.
It's a patch, under misc. Fun fact: if you're in the goon task force and wasn't online the first day the challenge was up at the exact moment it was completed, you don't actually get the reward.

I have actually quit the goon task force and made my own private one because of this. Sort that poo poo out, Ubisoft. I can say that doing this does work to ensure you get your task force reward, and so far the challenges are easy enough a single person can do them.

So I shot up 35/50 unidad with missiles from a helicopter last night for the task force challenge before being shot down and going to bed. Whoever finished it off - did you get the Titanium weapon paint job? I seem to be missing it.

edit: Upon closer inspection, I seem to be missing every task force reward so far. Time to ticket Ubisoft :effort:

Yes, please ticket them, I've noticed this bug for weeks now and they don't seem to be getting the message about it, and people keep going on not noticing. Also guess that means the goon task force already did it so I'll have to cancel my app and go back to flying solo.

Also the new patch seems to have resolved the task force challenges bug - the missing cosmetics turned up when I logged in today.
For real? Woo, now I can rejoin the main goon task force. If it isn't still bugged to hell to where I can't actually get in again.

The store is a real cash shop, yes. It's pretty much just extra junk and lazy early unlock packs so it can be ignored entirely.
