I know it's been said a million times here in good ole C-spam but I literally can't imagine people who just get angry or offended over every little thing. It must be so exhausting. You know what makes me angry? Like most people here, injustice, oppression, corruption, violence, and so on. Why do these people get all up in arms over some kids making a dumb joke, like it's the worst thing happening in their world? Who has that kind of time?

Let's dispel with the notion that Bush didn't know what he was doing, he knew exactly what he was doing. Turning speeches like hers around was his entire job during that campaign. With the whole dumb farmer persona fucker was pulling a Boris Johnson before Boris Johnson

Yeah bush 2 was a very talented salesman for elitism. I read in the book "dead certain" that his campaign heavily emphasized "message discipline" meaning that no matter what question you are asked, you stick to the campaign's chosen messages. It doesn't matter if your answer is irrelevant to the actual question - if your campaign was good (and bush and his team were extremely good) at this, most people would never notice or even hear the question.

Yeah it was like Rudy got the memo, but only read the first half - the bush campaign aimed to have four messages being prioritized at a given time. Rudy had one, and it wasn't even that good.
he was even worse when he went off that message, like the time he said at a debate that Bush should cut 5-10% of the federal workforce in order to "strengthen the dollar" lol ok there bud
