Neeko seems to be built to be a jungler which was my assumption rather than a midlaner. It's main trait makes it for ganking than laning and I expect that's where it will end up.

Low key but Rammus is a ridiculously good jungler right now in these skirmish based fights because of his e taunt that can shut down mages and movement assholes like Yasuo. The op and champion websites have him listed tier 3 or ranked 21st (except u.gg which has him S rank but thats less well known) so he doesn't show up anywhere and can obliterate teams with amazing gank speed and shutdown potential and a tank that still works.

Continuing my "Rammus is ridiculous in solo queue" after 60 games I have a winrate of 80.7% on him in ranked. The toxic champions are just hard countered by him so hard and in teamfights hes a little ball of AoE taunting death. It reaches a point where you want to see a Yasuo/Yi team because they both straight up lose.

It is hilarious im Blizzards woest week riots like "heres hearthstone and diablo 3". Like i knot MTG Arena has taken off as the first real HS challenger but theres still room and while PoE exists nothing has quite hit the levels of Diablo 2 looting after Diablo 3 poisoned the well (Reaper of Souls was fantastic and if you never played beyond vanilla D3 i heavily recommend it) so theres room in the loot rpg too that people are still desperate for
