Saddest pizza I ever had IRL was "Mexican taco" pizza. It had bland ground beef, cheddar, tomato salsa, fresh lettuce, and sour cream. That's not what Mexican tacos are made of.

It should have been called Gringo pizza.

Panago does/did a korma pizza that I loved so loving much that now I use korma sauce whenever I make mac n cheese or lasagna. Their butter chicken was good too, but the korma was in a whole other universe. So good.

Butter chicken pizza is great, but I like korma sauce on pizza even better. I make mine with sautéed portobello mushrooms and sweet onion, roasted red and yellow peppers, and chorizo.

I always get pizza when I'm high and my go-to is chicken, bacon, pineapple, and mushrooms on a ranch or BBQ sauce. I am nasty and shameless and will die without regret.

Crispy is the texture version of spicy, and probably its too much for little baby mouths if you cook the pizza beyond just barely not raw, so they give instructions on how to make sure none of your pizza has any sharp edges from being too crispy.

I had an unexpected overnight layover in Chicago once, and really wanted to try deep dish pizza, but I got in too late and left too early, I couldnt find anywhere that was open. Someday maybe.
