Nothing relevant is actually hit but at least the illusion is there of the enemy being attacked. Whenever the Russians do something like this it's graft, a Potemkin solution or usually both.

But when they have to come up with their own T-95 or T-14 designed from scratch they put even more unproven cutting edge vaporware tech into it and end up infinitely worse. And now without another design bureau to do what they did and produce something that kind of works.

The pro-Russian propaganda campaign on Youtube is interesting to watch unfold. This channel which was just about the cars various African celebrities were driving got hijacked at some point and starts posting UKRAINE WILL LOSE posts: But whatever script is generating the sharing of stuff from one channel to the other has a bug where sometimes the '5 minutes ago' timestamp from Youtube gets put into the title. All the good coders must have left Russia by now.

The answer to this would be have the missile change course several times on approach so the intercepting SAM cannot get to that one place where, for a few milliseconds, it can successfully intercept. Kinzhal was supposed to be that answer. But going extremely fast and also changing course is quite difficult to do and maybe it's just an Iskander ballistic missile that was modified to be launched from a plane at 10 times the cost after all. After getting a few seconds of radar data the computer can predict perfectly where a ballistic missile will go and calculate an interception. You still need a lot of very advanced tech to do the interception successfully where every microsecond counts but no humans are needed for this. No one could manually do this anyway. I have no idea if this is a diversion, preparation for a bigger push, a crowdfunded invasion by Russian exiles/oligarchs or just trolling by Ukraine. The statements 'those armored vehicles can be bought anywhere' does suggest the latter as a reference to Russian claims all those modern battle tanks and SAM systems were just grabbed back in '14 by Donetsk miners and workers from depots when they declared 'independence'.

I still have no idea what Prigozhin wants to do if everything goes his way. Does he think the war in Ukraine is dumb and should be ended or that it's totaly winnable except for Shoigu's clownshow.
