Most of those make sense for the states that have their own teams (though I'm surprised to see the Bills over the Giants in NY), but it's weird seeing what some of the other states chose. Why the Rams for Alaska or Panthers for Hawaii? Are there significant expats from Oakland in Montana? And what's up with Nebraska and Redskins? E: Looking at it again, it's apparently just from the past three weeks. In that case it's probably one Panthers fan buying a shirt while on vacation in Honolulu or something.

A better map would be by population or landmass. "Number of colonies" doesn't say a whole lot. Also is the colony counted as Austria's actually Austria-Hungary or what?
