For the crimes of mildly annoying myself and Yoderfunk, as well as failure to follow instructions or pay attention properly, followed by whining that my dead simple instructions on what foundry to do needed more instructions on how to do it, I assigned one of our Academy cadets to write a 375 word report on how to properly pour piss from a boot with instructions printed on the heel. He completed his task and it's time we pass judgement over his performance while he is off doing the Starfleet Dental Aptitude Test.

The dex console actually still does work in some areas. Such as sphere allied space or delta command space. Said console is now available to feds as well, maybe KDF too, via the exchange.

My best guess is either rich family or some sort inheritance but nothing definite. Other than that, he at times claimed to have several replacement keyboards, mice, and monitors on hand because he loses his poo poo over trivial stuff and smashes his things regularly, which given his crazy I don't have too much reason to doubt, as no one normal would want that sort of stupidity to their name.
