The piss part of the piss tape was only one of the allegations; weren't there rumors of bribes in exchange for lifting sanctions? That would certainly be an impeachable offense, but obviously a Republican Congress wouldn't get involved.

I'm not sure how "I will sign whatever misbegotten nonsense Congress puts up in front of me" equates to "screwing over the Congress." Unless you mean that Ryan will have to leaf through a,couple of pages of whatever Koch-sponsored tax reform package gets delivered to his office.

The IRS is still enforcing the mandate, they just won't reject returns that don't report the coverage. They will probably send out CP 2000s in a year or two if the mandate isn't repealed.

Fun book otherwise. All that's left to defeat all of the grand Asimov arc now is the Foundation books

But first, Hyperion, for book club. Wish me luck fair goones as I typically shy away from ~500 page books for being altogether too dense and verbose for their own good

Was that stuff in pebble in the sky? Been so long, I only really remember the whole Space-North Korea aspect of it. Did you read Nemesis? One of his lesser known books, but pretty good. Reminded me a lot of the plot of SMAC, but written well before that.
