Had a 9:30 am meeting with my bosses re: my performance

9:28 I get a phone call from a number with the area code of the company I interviewed with. She offers me the job and I say hell yeah

I get on the call with my 2 bosses and hey there's someone from HR on too, I know exactly where this is going.

I preempt all of them, say I've seen the writing on the wall and that I've accepted a job offer for a role that matches my skills and I start on April 12th so thanks for everything but I'm gonna save us all a whole lot of talking and just move on.

I get my 50 accrued vacation hours paid out, get paid to the end of this pay cycle, and get an additional 80 hours pay.
