^^--in Volkerball's defense you have been one of the loudest 'don't draft running backs high' guys unless I'm mixing you up with someone else

There are other OU players at the combine, aside from coaches you can talk to a running back who sat in every meeting with the guy and probably knew him pretty well. There's not a lack of people to talk to about Mixon. As for the rest, oh no you might have to attend a pro day and set up a meeting to talk to the guy.

Also, ew of course, but his complaints don't make a lot of sense aside from convenience.

I mean if your bionic kicker is so awesome at field goals he's probably pretty good at pop up kicks that land somewhere inside the 5 to slow down the other team's return game as well. Or if yours isn't, my top 10 kicker pick would be. You probably can't pin them inside the 10 very often, but inside the 20 is pretty doable off a kickoff.

Excuse me I think you'll find that Glennon completed 90% of his passes last year and threw a TD nearly once every 10 attempts!

To be fair to him if you were so inclined you could imagine things to hope for after his rookie year. He got screwed over by the regime change and Lovie wanting no part of him, then after that year it just happened that there was a legit #1 prospect at QB when they had the top pick. So yeah he's not sitting behind a hall of famer, but he's sitting behind the current front office's guy who has looked pretty good and given them no reason to give Glennon another chance.

Having said that I wouldn't want any part of him if my team needed a quarterback (or if my team needed a quarterback more than it already does).

So, uh, yeah I'd rather have him than either McCown brother if that's the bar you're setting.

I could maybe see the NFLPA disliking the Browns artificially raising their cap for a player they have no intention of using, but as long as the actual money to be paid out is still paid I can't see them getting too up in arms about things.

It was over a couple of years so your own first was spent on Moreno. I think you traded back a couple of times in 2010 and I can't figure out how to look up what draft picks you accumulated for those trades, but Demaryius Thomas and Tebow were your first round picks that year. You also picked up Eric Decker in the third which I'd imagine might have come back from one of those trades.

Round 2: No. 48: Oakland → New England (PD). Round 3: Oakland forfeited its third-round selection after selecting quarterback Terrelle Pryor in the 2011 Supplemental Draft.

Round 4: No. 109: Oakland → Washington (PD). Oakland traded this selection to Washington for quarterback Jason Campbell
