But I literally say this verbatim. :saddowns:

Like at the gas station heading to the beer cooler and someone's looking at the beef jerky and I need to get around them. "Whoop, just gonna sneak past ya here."

somehow I don't remember anyone ever calling it a bubbler despite apparently growing up deep in bubbler country. Like maybe a couple of my older teachers when I was in grade school maybe

As far as I know it was pretty much up north. Maybe Milwaukee but mostly further north and west. I was in Winnebego and they all said bubbler and I thought it was weird.

So how does one say ope? Is it like oop, or like opé, or is it a silent e that makes it oh-p?

I say whoop, like in whoops. Pronounced like book.

Uhhhh it's always VERY clear who is actually gifted and talented and they, without exception, go quite far in life

It was a well-intended parenting strategy in 80s and 90s to smother your children in praise for how smart and advanced they were, and now a lot of children have anxiety over the fact that they squandered their (non-existent) gifts

Remember folks, whatever your current lot in life is, that's a function of how smart you are and how much money your parents had! (These are correlated too btw)

You're retarded. Clearly not gifted.

AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been saying this on these forums for years!!! I knew I saw some comedian who did the meat shoes thing when I was a kid that reminded me of David Crosby but I couldn't for the life of me prove it! I had no idea where goons got the Hulk thing from but I 100% knew I saw it sometime in the early 90s.

Amazing.

He wasn’t under the tarp at the time, though.

He gave an interview to a reporter while under the tarp. A short while later a truck he was in was stopped by the feds. He responded to this by getting out of the truck and pulling a pistol off his left hip. Then they shot him.

Yeah but that's way less funny and nullifies the photoshops that came out of it.
