Global Climate Report - Annual 2021 https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/sotc/global/202113 The 2021 Northern Hemisphere surface temperature was also the sixth highest on record. However, the land portion of the Northern Hemisphere had a temperature that was 1.54°C (2.77°F) above average and the third highest in the 142-year record. Only the years of 2016 (second warmest) and 2020 (warmest) were warmer. Meanwhile, the Southern Hemisphere had its ninth warmest year on record. lol lmao

i'm gonna go with cars are horrible for the environment, especially trucks (or other low MPG vehicles) and alternatives ought to exist in more of the country but also the person driving on the shoulder is an insane maniac who nearly caused a collision several times and is the only person really at fault the earlier video portion shows why the people filming cheered - that car almost hit them and they backed off; truck driver was a dick though

surely the incoming republican majorities have a plan to deal with the climate crisis https://twitter.com/citizensclimate/status/1533814285096345600 see? wonder what their plan is... Rather than restricting domestic energy and mineral production, we need to unlock American resources to provide energy security here at home – and for our allies abroad. oh. The U.S. has 473.3 trillion cubic feet of proved reserves of natural gas and 38 billion barrels of proved oil reserves oh dear Only 3% of the nation’s 80,000 dams currently generate electricity. Many of these existing dams in the United States could be equipped with turbines and generators to produce up to 12,000 megawatts of clean, renewable, baseload electricity, while providing additional potential benefits such as water supply, recreation, and others. oh my REPUBLICAN SOLUTIONS INCLUDE: H.R. 6858, American Energy Independence from Russia Act (Rep. McMorris Rodgers/Rep. Westerman) H.R. 543, POWER Act (Rep. Herrell) H.R. 2604, Accessing America’s Critical Mineral Act (Rep. Stauber) H.R. 1588, Hydropower Clean Energy Future Act (Rep. McMorris Rodgers) truly the saviors of our time
