You need to be able to accept that the older parts of Jojo were products of their time, and as mentioned before Araki has recognised the 'problematic' nature of some of the content. Still, he's got a great track record for badass women. Lisa Lisa, Trish post Spice Girls, Jolyne/FF/Hermes, Lucy Steel, etc.
