This is pretty lazy analysis. The number of potential voters has gone up in like every election, and the turnout was incredibly high in 2020. Regular republicans inspire far less passion than trump. I’m not saying the GOP is finished but their killing their own supporters in job lots right now, they’re going to really have to suppress the vote to win.

Douglas writes, "For the first time in 10 years, [Trumbo] walked on to a studio lot. He said, 'Thanks, Kirk, for giving me back my name.'"[4]

In reality, the public announcement of Trumbo's screenwriting credit for Spartacus did not come until August 1960, seven months after producer-director Otto Preminger's January 20, 1960, announcement that he had hired Trumbo to adapt Leon Uris' novel Exodus for the screen. Douglas later successfully denied Trumbo credit for the film Town Without Pity, as he worried that his continued association with the screenwriter would hurt his career.

A first step, still can't believe it hasn't occurred, is simply mandate eVerify nationally for all current and future workers. No exceptions. Reinforce that fact that it is illegal, jail and fine, to hire an illegal. Offer rewards to anyone turning in an employer who continues to hire illegals.

No jobs should cause quite a number to leave the US, saving us money while also raising the wages of Americans now asked to fill those jobs.
