However, less weight for freight means more 80K trucks on the road. Most trucks are not constrained by the weight limit but the ones that are will probably stay non electric, or weight laws will allow an exception.

Luckily we are able to add capacity using solar and wind in much smaller and dispersed generation then large power plants that need massive scale to be efficient.
