all the dlc are worth doing once.

This,

Dead Money is the weakest one, the mechanics are kind of tedious and from what I remember you don't really walk away with anything particularly cool for all the effort even if the story is interesting, still worth playing IMO

(That being said, I do wish more developers would try something totally different from the main game with their dlc like they did with Dead Money.)

Old World Blues is probably the second worst (Even if I do really like it.), the story is good especially the NPCs but the gameplay reminds me a bit of the lazier side missions in Saint's Row.

starfield isn't trash, it's just one of the most unfinished games i've ever seen being sold as a full game. say what you want about fallout 4's writing pacing etc. at least it appears to be a full, completed game

I don't totally disagree with your point but, I can't shake the feeling that had they realized their vision they would have jammed even more tedious bullshit in instead of building on any of the fun things already in the game

To me at least, their focus on making sure you can't break the economy and the tedious skill tree makes it feel like they don't understand what people even liked about their games in the first place

The campaigns were good but, I think most of the appeal for Neverwinter was how easy it was to make custom adventures and mod it.

You could straight up DM a level live and take control of NPCs to act out events and a bunch of other stuff.

I picked Streetkid as my background. How different are the other playthroughs? I'm sure the whole Relic plot thing works out the same, but like is there still a Jackie if you are a corpo or nomad?

You always meet Jackie in the intro, the circumstances just change

Other than certain dialogue options the backgrounds don't affect the game all that much
